What came first, the print or the invitations? In this case, the Happily Ever After print was created for the Brennan wedding using their wedding colors to complement their other wedding materials and decorations. I enjoyed the print so much that I created a suite of hand-drawn wedding invitations based on the print’s lettering styles and color scheme, and also created several different variations and color schemes for the invitations that pulled from the same style to have a full suite of wedding materials for lucky couples to have for their special day.

To create these, I drew several hand-drawn fonts with the same lettering styles as the print so that I could use them in customizable invitation suites. Then I sketched out and designed multiple variations of save the date, invitation, reply card, and thank you note designs. I picked my favorites and built them out to match the style and be editable so that I could customize them with happy couple’s information and wedding date. All items have the lettering and illustration drawn by hand and utilize the fonts I created with my hand-drawn letters for a truly unique end product.

From the print to the invitation suites, this package was truly a pleasure to create, was all started as hand-drawn lettering, and was all inspired by a soft, romantic, and feminine wedding feel.
