The Brief: To create an illustration of Halloween treats for the October They Draw & Cook Play Along prompt.
Role: Graphic designer and illustrator responsible for concept, design, and implementation of all lettering and illustration.
Tools Used: Procreate app, iPad Pro, Apple pencil.
Cute Halloween characters merge with chilling treats on a stick in this adorable Halloween food illustration. I thought of all the cute and fun Halloween characters that I could create as an ice cream bar or popsicle, and the combined some of my favorites into a festive food illustration with bold lettering and confetti background. This piece was also featured on the They Draw & Cook homepage and social media in late October 2020. This was all created digitally on an iPad on Procreate using an Apple pencil.

In addition to the main illustration, each treat was pulled out and combined with a fun pun to use on social media on its own. A few additional Halloween treats were created to have a suite of 8 Halloween treats.
