The Brief: For the @36daysoftype Instagram account’s 2022 lettering challange, create a custom alphabet, one per day.

Role: Graphic designer and illustrator responsible for concept, design, and implementation of all lettering and illustration.

This collection of letters is a personal project created as part of the yearly 36 Days of Type Instagram challenge. Each year I enjoy creating a new alphabet as part of the prompt put out by the Instagram account @36daysoftype, so decided for the 2022 prompt to create a monogram alphabet series of illustrations combining vintage-inspired lettering and flower illustrations. The flowers and the alphabet styling differs in each illustration so no two are alike or from the same alphabet. The flowers and letter decoration were developed to complement the letter styles.
