Stuft Ice Cream Branding Illustration and Hand-lettered Logo Design

The Brief: To create fun and playful hand-drawn logo and branding elements for an ice cream sandwich shop.
Role: Illustrator and lettering artist responsible for concept, design, and implementation of all lettering and illustration, as well as design of all branding elements shown.
Tools Used: Procreate app, iPad Pro, Apple pencil for illustration, Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design.
Stuft Custom-Built Ice Cream Sandwiches is a unique fictional concept ice cream sandwich shop. The ice cream parlor features a variety of freshly baked breads and sweets, hand-churned ice cream flavors, and fun toppings and sauces where the customer selects their bread, ice cream to stuft into the middle, and toppings to add the extra stuft to their totally customized hand-built ice cream sandwich. The fun and playfulness of the brand is perfectly suited to hand-drawn lettering, inserting a bit of extra whimsy into the ice cream sandwich idea to appeal to adults and children alike. Hand-drawn branded elements include a logo, tagline, philosophies, and hand-drawn icons and elements to show the various menu options and instructions. Graphic design was also done for the paper wrapping for the sandwiches, signage and wall murals, chalkboard menus, advertisements, postcards and calling cards. This project was a speculative project for an invented company where I as the illustrator created a variety of illustrated logos and assets for a fictional brand.
